How can I use my Travel Voucher to book a reservation?
To use your Travel Voucher, please visit HawaiianAirlines.com to book your reservation. When you are ready to pay, you will see the option apply a Travel Voucher. As a reminder, the name on the Travel Voucher must match the name on the reservation. When does my Travel Voucher expire?
Travel Vouchers expire one year from date of issuance. Click Here to look up your Travel Voucher amount and expiration date.
What happens if I don't use the full value of my Travel Voucher?
You will retain any unused credit and can utilize it for a future reservation, if ticketed prior to the expiration date of the Travel Voucher.
Can I use my Travel Voucher to pay for a seat when making my reservation?
Yes, you can use your Travel Voucher to pay for a Preferred or Extra Comfort seat.
What flights can I use my Travel Voucher on?
You can apply a Travel Voucher on any Hawaiian Airlines flight - roundtrip, one-way, multi-city or partner-operated flights (code share). It cannot be used for vacation packages. For a complete list, please refer to the Travel Voucher Terms & Conditions.
Can I use my Travel Voucher toward upgrades, baggage fees, drinks, and other ancillaries?
A Travel Voucher can be used toward ticket fares and taxes, as well as purchase of a Preferred or Extra Comfort seat. Travel Vouchers are not redeemable for the following ancillaries: Trip Insurance, Car Rental, Hotels, Vacation Packages, Premier Club, Miles Maximizer, Gift Cards, Purchase Miles, cabin upgrades, and others. Can vouchers be transferred, split, or combined?
Vouchers are non-transferable to another passenger. Up to three Travel Vouchers can be applied to a specific passenger within a single reservation, provided the Vouchers cover the full cost of the ticket (including base fare and all fees/taxes) and the name on the Travel Voucher matches the passenger’s name on the reservation.
What if the name on my Travel Voucher is not spelled correctly?
You will need to have the Travel Voucher re-issued. Please contact our Reservations department at 1-800-367-5320.
I misplaced my email / Travel Voucher information. How can I look it up?
To look-up your Travel Voucher please click Travel Voucher Look-up Tool. You will need to provide the flight number, date, and confirmation code.
I am traveling with multiple passengers on the same reservation. Can I use multiple Travel Vouchers?
Yes, you can use up to three Travel Vouchers per passenger, provided the Travel Vouchers cover the full cost of the trip for the named passenger. You can also use Travel Vouchers for other travelers in your reservation provided the name on the Travel Voucher matches the name of the passenger on the reservation.
You may not apply more than nine Travel Vouchers to any single reservation.
I am having trouble applying my Travel Voucher online. What other options do I have?

Can I combine a Travel Voucher with a Gift Card to purchase a reservation?
No, Travel Vouchers cannot be combined with Gift Cards at this time.
I have a credit on an unused ticket. I want to book a new trip, but it is more expensive. Can I use a Travel Voucher to pay for the difference?
No, any fare difference for changes to previously issued ticket cannot be paid for using a Travel Voucher.
Can I use a Travel Voucher to purchase Hawaiian Miles?
No, Travel Vouchers cannot be used to purchase Hawaiian Miles.
I have a promotional code. Can I use a Travel Voucher in conjunction to purchase a ticket?
Yes, you can use your Travel Voucher on a reservation where a promotional code has been applied.
I previously received a letter with an E-Travel Credit. Is it still valid?
As of April 19, 2023, E-Travel Credits are now called Travel Vouchers. Your original credit is still valid up through the original expiration date. To look-up your equivalent Travel Voucher please click here. You may then use the Travel Voucher to book a new reservation on HawaiianAirlines.com.
